Domestic (in Israel)

door to door - 1-3 business days - 30 NIS

We work with a courier company and deliver workers on weekdays between 8am and 5pm every day. At the time of purchase, the customer must fill in the address where he is most of the time in order to receive the shipment

Deliveries to distant areas can take up to 5 business days

Pickup

You can pick up the shipment independently from our store

Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item you purchase for any reason, we accept exchanges or grant you a credit you can use in our shop.

We only accept refunds if the item is unused and after 48 hour

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

 המשלוחים מתבצעים בימות חול בין השעות 8-17 בכל יום, לכן בעת הרכישה על הלקוח למלא את הכתובת בה הוא נמצא רוב הזמן על מנת לקבל את המשלוח

משלוחים לאיזורים מרוחקים יכולים לקחת עד 5 ימי עסקים

איסוף עצמי

ניתן לאסוף את המשלוח עצמאית מהחנות

לפני רכישה יש ליצור עמנו קשר בדרכים המפורטות מטה בכדי לחשב את דמי המשלוח

החזרות
אם אינך מרוצה מפריט שרכשת מכל סיבה שהיא ניתן לבצע החלפה עם פריט אחר בחנות או לקבל זיכוי למימוש בחנות

 ניתן לקבל החזר כספי אם הפריט לא שומש, עד 48 שעות

ניתן לתאם החזרת פריט דרך האתר בעלות של 30 ש"ח או לחילופין ניתן להחזיר עצמאית את הפריט לכתובת בית העסק. הקונה אחראי לתשלום הוצאת שילוח.

יש להחזיר את הפריט כאשר איננו נלבש, כובס, עם התגים והתוויות המקוריים
