Shipping
Israel – Door to Door
1–3 business days – 30 NIS
Deliveries are made on weekdays between 8:00–17:00, so please enter an address where you are usually available to receive the package.
Remote areas may take up to 5 business days.
Store Pickup
Orders can be picked up from our store:
Jillbert – Sheinkin 12, Tel Aviv
Please include your full name and phone number with the order.
International Shipping
Shipping is currently available to the United States only.
Please contact us before purchasing to calculate shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
Condition of items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unused and unworn, in their original condition, with the original tags attached.
Refunds
Refund requests are accepted within 2 business days from the moment you receive the item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged within 14 days (two weeks) from the moment the package is delivered.
How to return
- Through the website - we arrange the return for a fee of ₪30, or
- In store - bring the item to Jillbert, Sheinkin 12, Tel Aviv.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or not as described.

בקצרה - החזרות והחלפות
החזר כספי - תוך 2 ימי עסקים מרגע קבלת הפריט.
החלפה - תוך 14 יום (שבועיים) מרגע מסירת החבילה.
הפריט צריך להיות לא נלבש וללא שימוש, במצבו המקורי ועם התווית המקורית.
החזרה דרך האתר ב-30 ₪ או ישירות בחנות - שינקין 12, תל אביב.
עלות משלוח ההחזרה על הקונה, למעט פריט פגום או שאינו תואם לתיאור.
