A small top-handle pouch bag by Gucci in pebbled leather, with a zip top.
The handle loops through a large dark oval ring on each side, each set with a metal bar engraved GUCCI.
The lining carries a heat-stamped number in Gucci's older three-part format (002 series), which the house used before switching to six-digit style codes in the early 2000s.
Together with the sculptural wood-look ring hardware, this places it in the Tom Ford years, most likely the late 1990s.
Compact enough to carry by hand or tucked under the arm.
